Rich's practice consists primarily of:
Rich first came to Newberg in 1997 when he attended George Fox University as an undergraduate. In 2001, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Philosophy and enjoyed the distinction of being a member of GFU's first graduating class of philosophy majors. He moved to the San Francisco Bay area to attend law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. UC Hastings awarded him a Juris Doctorate degree in 2005. In 2009, Rich returned to Newberg.
Rich is an active member of the Oregon State Bar and State Bar of California. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Rich is a member of the debtor/creditor section of the Oregon State Bar. He joined the Yamhill Bar Association in 2010 and is a former member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Brown, Tarlow, Bridges, Palmer, & Stone, Rich practiced in San Francisco and Portland.
