Stephen and his paralegal Jessica were great to work with. He helped us with trust administration of my parent’s estate. It had a few different aspects and he lined out what steps we needed to take, and broke it down so I understood the entire process. He was upfront about time expectations and did not over promise. One of the first things he told me was we are going to do this right … and he did.

We recently completed the process of developing our family trust. Clearly, we worked with the best lawyer for this purpose, Steve Palmer. Developing a trust requires working with a trusted advisor and that is what we developed with Steve. Our limited knowledge, apprehension, and goals were taken into consideration and Steve gently guided us through this process. We can now move-on to senior fun and exploration! Thank you, Steve!

I recently decided to update my estate management, and would highly recommend using BTB&P, based on my experience.
After talking with a few local law firms, decided to go with BTB&P. I was given a packet of information and questions to review prior to meeting with Stephen Palmer of the firm, who walked me through the process, cost, and recommendations of setting up a living trust. It was obvious he had a good deal of experience, as he brought up options and restrictions I hadn’t considered.
A couple of weeks later, I was able to pick up a packet to review, and, after making a few changes, and communicating some information I’d forgotten via e-mail, went to their office, reviewed the final documents, and signed and notarized the official copies, and wrote a check. I like paying after I can see what I’m getting. I now have my estate sorted out, which is a comfort to both me and my family.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I feel the services and advice were very much worth both the cost and the time. Planning for my death is uncomfortable, but I think having a good lawyer, like Stephen Palmer walk you through it helps immensely.
